I'm Trying To Have A Good Day...
First and foremost- your sweet table looks Absolutely Fabulous!! I lived in Philly my whole life but just moved to the middle of nowhere! I miss the convenience of being in a big city and having all kinds of stores close by. Now I have to drive an hour to Penn State University for a variety of stores. I LOVE both sets of wrapping paper you used!
Great idea adding the flowers to the greenery garland. It is beautiful! You did a perfect job with your dessert variety! I have always wanted to try French Macarons but think I would skeeve if I took a bite of them. Lol! I don’t know how to describe the word I used- Philly Italian Slang right there lol! It is the feeling you get when nails scratch a chalkboard. That is the closest thing I can tell you so you understand what I mean. Is the cookie part a hardened meringue? The fillings sound delish!!! But I cannot get past the shell part. Please tell me if I have it wrong lol! They are really really pretty! I am thinking about getting my friends together for a Mother’s Day Brunch. I need to use my China!!! I wish my Beautiful Mother was still with me. God do i miss her so much!!! And my Mother In Law lives in Florida so I won’t see her until we visit her in June. I’ve babbled enough lol!!!
Hi Sunnie! Thank you so much! Is it weird I know that word too? I guess CT/NY Italians say the same thing here in my family! LOL I think the macarons have egg white and almond flour? They were actually a little bit soft and chewy and WAY better than the packaged ones that Home Goods sometimes sells. I'd say they were just a small step away from being bakery quality. We have some very particular Italian cooks in the family and they liked the macarons! Hope you're having a great week! 🤗❤️

Hi! I know there are different dates for it around the world, so maybe that's why. The Wikipedia website has many countries' mothers day dates listed so maybe that can help. I was just looking on there and there were even more Mother's Day dates than I thought! 😊
