    After years of problem sleep I found 5mg of melatonin and 400 mg of magnesium bisglycinate works wonders. No issues now.

    There is scientific evidence that magnesium has no impact on sleep. Just look at the science.

      on Huberman's podcast, Matt walker said it seems like a myth that magnesium helps with sleep.

    Using Magnesium Glycinate for a month. No sleep at all. Seems to work for some and for others.

    You are absolutely right about magnesium! I've been using it for a few years now, and it makes alllll the difference for me. Melatonin never worked. But magnesium?! Game changer!

    Magnesium has always worked so naturally for me but melatonin has never worked, I mean ever! It’s also unhealthy because long term use can prohibit your body from being able to naturally produce melatonin.

    I've been taking magnesium glycinate for a while now but in the morning. I read it would help me to sleep so I started taking it last night. At 1AM I was still awake and this morning I woke up before 6AM.

      Glycinate keeps me awake a night. Pure glycine had me bouncing off the wall.

    I use trandermal magnesium spray for my 5 year old autistic child and can see some calmbess after I spray some on his body

    Hello, which magnesium is best for stress, anxiety and insomnia? I heard glycinate and L-Threonate is best but can I take it before sleep and how many mg is recommended?

      Natural Calm is still my preferred magnesium but you’ll want to start out with a smaller dose than what’s on the label because it’ll give you loose stools until you get used to it.

      I take mine about an hour or two before I go to bed.
