I think if they used the original tooling, ie the vintage car body and bumbers etc it would be a valuable "as new classic".
Fit wider wheels and tyres, push the arches out a little and fit a vw tdi engine....oh and a heater!
I love these cars but the modern touches don't suit it for me.
