I can't say anything about purchasing manipuri traditional dresses online as we purchase them offline through the manipuri local traders. They bring these clothes from Manipur. So, if you ever go Manipur, you can buy these from there. ❤

Bottom part (phanek) starts from 700/800 to thousands
