Mr. Burger - Pakistan’s first burger joint in Karachi... opened it's first branch on Tariq Road in the late 70s, when Pakistan didn't really have any concept of burgers or burger joints or burger meals.
The first time I had it was in early the 80s. I was a little kid and I loved it. To date this is my favorite burger place.
Now there are a burger joints of all shapes and sizes at every corner with millions of sauces and twists🤦🏻♀️
But Mr. Burger is still the best and most authentic imhp 😬 I wish this brand had evolved more and really owned the amazing story of its creation. Go check it out. It's 100% Pakistan 👍🏻

My parents always refer to Mr. Burger with best burgers. Now we have best choices with so many franchises n Pakistan but Mr. Burger is the first and original burger chain.

Only the real old skool Karachi heads know how iconic mr burger is. I've not been to Karachi for 25 years and I still talk highly about mr burger to people I speak with.
Boat basin branch was the one I used to go to. Also burger time I definitely remember with the arcades next to it on 1st floor.
There was also a Mr big I believe in bahadrabad which was very similar to mr burger 😀 Iconic times

My mother would take me to mr burger when I was kid , the movement you are near the shop the smells of burger started to come ! man that was irresistible .mustard ketchup and onion that are the main condiments of this burger that's it but authentic ..loved it
I have been eating mr burger sice my childhood ,and i really miss their chilli chicken burger ..does anybody remember ?? They had for a short time but it was delicious ...chicken chunks used to coated in sauce with onions and capsicum..i still miss that burger
