SQL is a query language used to access data from any database. MySQL is a relational DBMS used to manage databases.
To use SQL, one needs to learn the basics first (grammar, syntax etc just like any other language). MySQL needs no such thing.
SQL is the language used by many database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc. MySQL is itself a DBMS based on the SQL language.

Learn MySQL first. MySQL is the one that lets you store data and make database server while SQL is the one that manipulate that database server. So you cant use SQL if you dont have db server

The difference is SQL is the language (the standard) and MySQL the implementation.
So my sql is mine and sql is used in my sql, so if keep using my sql then eventually ill learn sql but its better to learn slq as a language, and then use my sql to use my sql for databases using sql commands?

SQL written for MySQL isn’t necessarily compatible with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft. They all have their different variants of SQL. Microsoft calls theirs T-SQL.
