It was completely violative of the "rules based system" that we accuse the Russians of flouting. That "rules based system" is our justification for supporting Ukraine. It was an act of war, against every tenet of international law, and ignores the principles that Americans supposedly believe...but, no one was killed, so it is fine.

Yeah, that’s really strange! Seymour’s report is not enough to draw any definitive conclusion but at least is worth being discussed about by European media. Following his lead, more questions should be asked and perhaps more evidence could be traced. But nothing. I only see the Spanish channel of France 23 had some reporting. Nothing from DW News, the Guardian, the Telegraph and BBC.

About Hersh‘s source: One does not get to know anything about it, but 1. due to how detailed all the information is, it has to be someone, who knows at least something about the truth. And as 2. the article gives not information about diplomacy, economy, politicians ecc., but a lot of diving- and weaponry-related details, the source might actually be a diver. This is even more possible because 3. the article starts with and has its chronology from diving-related details. 1. - 3. makes me quite sure about that. Any other guesses?
