My dad’s all time favourite singer. Dad was so proud when I came home one night having worked with Brian in Strabane, Co Tyrone in the mid 80s and he did this monologue. He was a true gent, I still get goosebumps when I hear him sing, one of my favourite song’s that Brian sang was cattle call. You could hardly tell the difference between slim Whitman and Brian. FANTASTIC.
He is so good it brings me to tears now he has gone, But thankfully we have the GOLD of his many recordings. God Bless Brian, your the best .
