Manager only play blame game and dirty politics. Even director and VP also are same. They don't listen your problem they only know how to blame. In my team everytime new employee leave the company in 6 to 8 month

I would recommend never go for mastercard. They are using very old technology mainframe. They never upgrade to new technology as per market demand.
