we're just back .it was amazing.the food,cabin,ship,staff and entertainment were first class.we'll definetly come back.
Is everything there free to use? For example, beauty salon, fitness salon, theater, entertainment places, etc

Siamo usciti mezz'ora fa dal porto della Valletta. Mi emoziona la delicatezza dei movimenti in mare di questa opera dell'uomo. Chi critica la gestione della nave con commenti stupidi e banali è da internare. La GRANDIOSA è davvero tale.

Never cruised on MSC Grandiosa can anyone tell me if the starry sky is a video effect or if it's real. My little grandson loves that bit of the video and I don't want him to be disappointed if it's not real? Thanks in advance x

Sono vergognosi non aiutano il proprio cliente! Non ho messo la spunta al momento della prenotazione su pacchetto bevande. Ho richiamato per farlo mettere e mi hanno chiesto il 40% in più sul pacchetto! Pensano solo ai soldi! Meglio costa crociere, la prossima vacanza la prenoto con Costa!

GREEDY AHs! I hate myself being involved with this cruise line again! I lost my money last year, missing a cruise due to the fault of AA, couldn't fly on time! Trying to negotiate a "free drinks and wifi" for my upcoming trip, they had a promotion a day later after our booking! And, a HORRIBLE Canadian customer service management is not cooperating! Shame on you!!!
A Nightmare vacation! 3 hours in a row before embarking, bad food on the buffet, disorganized, a boring experience. A mass vacation with little attention to the customer, an experience never to be repeated!
