Jab valve kharab ho to aisa hota hai. Cylinder lete samaiy seal open ker k valve me pani dal k check kerna chahiye. Ager pani me se Buble nikle samjh lo valve kharab hai turant valve change ker wain aur dubara same pani dal ker check karain.
Nahi sahi ho to cylinder wapas ker dein.
Your regulator is malfunctioning therefore amount of gas flowing through it. Kindly replace the regulator and check leaks by using water base soap solution.
