Now I don't feel so silly saving/hoarding my tiny scraps of gold cardstock! When I lose the tittle (and sometimes even when I don't), I often use a tiny star instead. I love all your ideas, since I am pushing to create all my cards early. Thanks.

Hahaha! I was thinking I was being lazy (or at least efficient) to try and get all the illusions on one card. In the end it might have been easier to make 9! Thanks for always putting a smile on my face!

That faux embossing is amazing! I'm going to have to get some white pigment ink so I can try that! The card is really pretty! That is a great idea to use a sequin or gem when you lose the tiddle. I'll have to remember that one. Thank you!

I use a lot of these tricks but it’s great to see them all in one place. When you cut the sentiments, sometimes depending on the layout, you can save a smidge of paper by cutting them separately as they can be cut closer together.

I’m forever losing the tittles! Using a gem in place of one is a great idea!
I also keep an envelope of white die cut dots in various sizes for this purpose - I can colour them with ink or a marker if I need to. Thanks so much for watching!
I wonder what one can do with the INSIDE of the card, where the front is much heavier..howdo you go about this? We cannot always afford the heavier branded cardstock to allow for the layers..thanks
Try adding a layer of white card stock to the inside of the back panel of the card. Stamp the inside sentiment on the layer before you glue it in. That way if the stamping isn’t right, you can turn it over and try again 😊
That is a good point. I think that the comment below from Priscilla is a good solution. Also, by leaving out the centres of some of the layers, like I showed, hopefully the front will be lighter. And of course there are lots of ways to make amazing one-layer cards, too! Oh boy, I think you just gave me 2 or 3 ideas for future videos, so thank you! And thanks for watching!
