- Hi, I'm Julia! I bought the Trader Joe's Mini Canvas Tote Bag. Let's talk about it. 💁♀️
I purchased all four colors (navy, yellow, red, and forest green) of the new Mini Canvas Tote Bags from Trader Joe's that are going viral on TikTok.
Each bag costs $2.99. According to TJ's website, they're about 13 inches long, by 11 inches tall, by 6 inches wide. You can read more information about this product here: www.traderjoes...
People are already reselling them on sites like eBay, Poshmark and Mercari, but I encourage you to check your area Trader Joe's before paying a premium to nab these tiny canvas totes.

Here in CT, the green has sold out everywhere followed by the yellow. The red and blue are still in stock. My favorite color is green, so luckily I purchased when they first came out.

Surprised green is so popular, it can fit a 6 pack of beverages very well so I thought it was a St. Patrick’s day thing lol
My #1 is navy because I want to twin with my toddler
#2 is yellow because I have a yellow micro canvas tote bag key chain that I want to clip onto the yellow mini tote

I've had this bag since last yr. I have the blue one. It's definitely not new. I'm not sure why the internet is making a huge hype about it.

The canvas on the TJ's tote definitely feels like it'll hold up. Especially for that price!

I live in New Zealand and am tempted to buy one on eBay even though the shipping to NZ is insane. Even for someone who loves Hermes and Louis Vuitton.

you know what's more of a limited edition thing that Trader Joe's has, is there Trader Joe's face mask, too bad they don't sell it, it looks rad with the Trader Joe's logo & the Hawaiian tshirt design, sadly I think you can only get it if you either A know someone who works there to give you one or B worked there yourself

I have black the 30oz but will get a 40oz in a pastel color. I have a need for it moving between two homes. Ordered one pastel and had it cancelled so will try again. :)

Good grief. Why are they not practical and at least darker colors instead of just the trim? That light canvas color picks up dirt so fast. And you know nobody ever washes these things.
These mini's all come in this lighter canvas (at least for now) but luckily TJ's has other options, like the big black and red totes, which are less likely to show dirt. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Mike, I believe it's more-so a social media trend. People are having fun enjoying these bags and I'm also seeing more people embellishing them with embroidery or patches. Just a fun thing to enjoy. Cheers!
@@JerseyJuliaStyle I think it’s just a made up (artificial) FOMO hype, that attracts a bunch of (mostly ladies) into some sort of buying frenzy. I think the same thing happened with beanie babies and McDonald’s Cactus Plant Flea market toys. I once waited in the drive-through line at McDonald’s for over 20 minutes! two summers ago, while this (middle age) “Karen” was ordering 10 “adult happy” meals to get her CPFM toys. (& she would NOT pull over and wait for her order!)

I asked a couple of CZcams creators, (who posted about this craze two summers ago) how much they’re worth today, and they said they’re worth about $5 each.
If you’re buying the bag because you like it’s fine, but if you’re buying it as a collectible, I’m trying to monopolize the market, they’re wasting their time.

In the in the fall of 2022, I waited over 20 minutes in line at McDonald’s drive-thru while some middle-age Karen was ordering 10 adult happy meals with the CPFM toys & she would not pull over to wait for her order. (it was a total nightmare)

I asked a couple YT creators of the CPFM videos, how much of the toys worth now and they all said about $5 to $10.
