I do not agree with the answers to numbers 5 and 2. In number 5, it states that 1 = 11. That means that 11 = 1. You cannot have 1 = 11 and 11 = 121. In number 2, the order of operations indicates that multiplication and division are of equal rank therefore you perform them from left to right. The correct process is to first add (9+3), then divide 48 by 2 and then multiple by 12.
48/2(9+3)=48/2(12)=24(12)=288

No you have to do brackets first. In 2, you should multiply 12 with 2 because 2 is right outside the brackets and u must expand the brackets to continue other operations.
