The only thing I find this guy could struggle with is staying fit enough to play consistently. Not injury wise I mean more his stamina and effectiveness all game. He seems dead when he starts and hits the 68-75 min which isn’t “bad” but could be worked on alot

Arsenal makes the most sense for him. Arteta is all about versatile players. Competition will only make him and arsenal squad better. He'll get to play Champions League. Chelsea is a shit show, sure he could break in to the team right away, but so many chelsea players have suffered through the meat grinder there.
