Broke my back racing motorcycles in 2007, Bought a Simba mattress a few months ago.. and wow I actually sleep for 3 hours now before the pain becomes too much, Loving the channel as always Tom, Nice one for putting me onto the mattress, I can finally bend over to clean my Porsches wheel arches and get under the spoiler to clean.

Getting more sleep is one of the best possible ways to increase your overall health (mental and physical) and productivity. There's a book I'd recommend called "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker that goes into loads of detail about it but it seems most people HIGHLY undervalue sleep and underestimate how much they need. According to the research anything below about 8 hours per night and you're pretty severely inhibiting yourself and increasing the likelihood of severe long term illness. The stats on car accidents with tired driving are pretty shocking too.
