- Another trip on Air Canada from Toronto to Bangkok. I check out the Plaza Premium Lounge in Toronto and then hop on AC 121 to Vancouver where I transfer to AC 65 to Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport. The final leg was a 16.5 hour flight, the longest I've ever been on.
Recorded in 4K at 60 FPS starting on Sunday, March 3, 2024 and finishing on Tuesday, March 5th.

My trip to Bangkok... Spent 23 of 25 consecutive hours on the same physical plane to Bangkok. And 18 of 30 hours on a plane (different planes) on return.

It happens to me every time I use the moving side walk at airports, people will just stand side by side, and the joke is, some airport moving side walks even have signs on the floor indicating where one can stand and where one can move along, but still, people don’t read and clog the thing, very inconvenient when your rushing to catch your next flight. Love your videos by the way

I am going to Dubai, then to BKK via KUL, will arrive at 10pm, I am so worried that the time going through immigration will be very long and I will miss the last train. You said it only took 15 minutes at 6pm? that would be nice. I did not dare to take TAXI as a solo lady at night:) . will watch your other videos later...
You made an understandable mistake referring to VCR airport as YYZ, at around the 17:33 mark. It is YVR. Cheers!

Btw, Air Canada does provide their menu for the flights both in the app and on the entertainment screens.
And if you have checked baggage, their APP also runs a beta for tracking it for outgoing and domestic flights.
It's still gross to only offer fish and no alternative as a snack on a long haul flight IMO.

AC35 to Brisbane is 15 hrs., AC33 to Sydney is 16 hrs, and your flight AC65 to Bangkok is 16.5 hrs (AC's longest route)

His actual flight time was 15h07 for the day mentioned, landing 3 minutes ahead of schedule... But then there's time to/from the gate. Not the same physical plane from YYZ, though sometimes it is.
But yes, to Brisbane is usually 13 to 14.5 hrs. While, to Bangkok is usually 15-17 hours.
I’m starting to suspect that there is a particular “service” you keep going back for 😅

Thanks for sharing! My 10yo and I will be flying the same route later this year. Tuna sandwich thing I'd heard already and barf...Wondering if you happened to notice if the last row in economy has reclining seats? AC gave us this as "family seating" and the woman didn't seem knowledgeable when I asked. In my experience, last row doesn't recline. Trying to find out before I spend over $100 on new seat selection!
I'm not sure if they recline or not... It's such a long flight I wouldn't chance it though!
Looks like you are in the new terminal. Supposedly opened in September last year for trials. Thai Air supposedly uses this terminal now. Maybe Air Canada because of it's Star Alliance is there too.
When I went to Bangkok, yes Air Canada did. And Qatar was right next to its gate.

I didn't get a visa, you get a 30 day exemption on arrival.
You don't need one for a 30 day stay. Canada has 30 day Visa exemption for tourism. These can be extended to 60 days, at Thai Immigration... As long as not in Thailand 180 days in a calendar year. They, as I understand, typically only ask for extra details on a third entry in a calendar year.

Flying on Asian carriers to Asia has better airplane food.
