- Linen sheets are soft, luxurious, helpful if you’re a hot sleeper or just can’t stand synthetic fibers.
Their casual cool wrinkle is never out of style and in just about every magazine these days. Their price point however, is often out of reach for those maybe moving into their first apartment or just wanting to upgrade to a more “adult” or elegant look and feel.
Or at least that’s what I thought before I decided to check Amazon and found “Simple & Opulence” I’ve been buying and using their sheets, duvet covers and shams for over two years now and I can tell you that not only are they less than half the price of sellers like Pottery Barn and CB2 but they are just as luxurious. 100% European, flax and stone washed linen.
It feels good and it’s good for you to sleep on natural sheets. Not only that but they last!
Like with most natural materials they wear in, not out. The sheets I bought two years ago are still part of my rotation. (I’ll spare you the details of what my almost 2 year old Jack/chi brings into my bed..)
All I do is wash them cold and throw them over a drying rack. (And sometimes I stick them in the dryer if I’m being totally honest..)

Thank you so much! Both the tan and the dark brown pillow shams are 24x24in, they are filled with 24x24in down pillow inserts from Amazon. The Euro shams are from Etsy. Nice to see reviews on this brand as well. I’m picking some out for Xmas to myself in Embroidery White. Does anyone have comments to share in their textures? Or what about the linen colour & does it two tone well with the white ?
I’m not sure I understand your questions but I own the dark grey, two sets of the natural (my fav) and the white and I love mixing and matching them especially the white and natural. There is a cinnamon color they have now that I would love to try out as well. All of their linen is soft and more than that breathable. My partner sleeps so warm and switching to linen sheets has been a life saver and saved me from so much bed linen laundry! 🙏🏻🥹 Some of the reviews on Amazon claim that it’s rough but I disagree, I would amazing that those people just don’t like linen or don’t know how linen is supposed to feel and we’re expecting something different. I’ve had mine for two three years now and for a long time o would wash and hang dry. More recently I’ve gotten a bit lazy and o toss them in the dryer with dryer balls to beat them up, help them dry and make them softer. They do get softer over time. I just bought the light grey embroidered sheets and natural duvet cover for my guest room and mixed them and those two combinations look fabulous as well. Hope that helps! 🥰
I mix and match the white and linen colors, in my spare bedroom I mix and match the grey color with the linen color and that also looks good. I do prefer the zipper closure to the button closer though.
I love to see this brand featured. I have the Natural in Simple&Opulence and I love the slightly heavier luxurious feel. I’ve had mine for a year and I mix and match, and even mix it up with cotton sometimes, but it’s the flat sheet that I Ooh and Ah over every time! I prefer it to the lightweight gauzy linen some others are selling. Thanks for sharing in your video. Edit: forgot to add that the pillows don’t feel rough at all! They feel amazing!
I totally agree! I love this brand and I mix and match their sets as well and I still have and use the first one I bought a couple of years back. I live in Florida where it’s really hot most of the time and since falling in love with these I have gotten rid of all other sheets which really helps me minimize my collection, especially bc it’s hard for me to say no to sheet sets, pillows and journals. 😅 Thanks so much for watching and for the comment! 🥰
