I think there is no need of using HI when u calculate RL in case 2 and case 3..

Apne mann se question bna ke solve na karayein kyonki Multiplicative constant 100 hota hai aur additive constant 0 ya bohot small hota hai....Inn questions mein galat value li gyi hai
