I teach elderly people (between ages 80 - 93) to use cellphones and laptops, gifted to them by their children on birthdays or over Christmas. Some elderly furthermore inherit electronic equipment from deceased friends, brothers and sisters. The equipment and terminology is a huge problem and needs a lot of explanation. Not all elderly have patience and often become embassased, annoyed or anxious. However, once the penny drops, the reward is wonderful to watch.

Along with my 2 daughters (18 & 26) who are obviously differing generations. So I have seen the progress going down in such matters as u speak!

I guess you just pick and choose which one you want to say they can get their refund back. It's not fair. Wasn't fair to that young man. Why? If he doesn't like it he has the freedom to not buy from him again, that doesn't mean he is entitled to not pay for what he bought. He also definitely took the boots apart.

Now teach young people how to use every day items when there is a power failure or cell towers are out. Example - trying to use a manual can opener. 😂

I like this dad who cares about his son. A normal school doesn't expel pupils for cheating. They try to help him out.
