Webinar Wednesday: I Got Rhythm!

Join us for this very special session when we'll meet Mendi Singh. Mendi is a professional percussionist who has performed across the globe. He started his musical journey at age three and studied music for over 25 years under a blind music master named Mr Matlashi.
In the past 3 years Mendi has been creating and delivering music workshops in centres around the country for people who are visually impaired.
In this session we will have fun playing rhythms on everyday objects, such as cups, tins, pots and pans with a pencil or spoon. You will also hear an Indian Tabla drumming demonstration, and, Mendi will be presenting his very own product called Rhythm code, a new tactile method for learning and playing rhythms.
So, come along and immerse yourself in something very unique!
