The way Serwanja looks at Kamya shows that he doesn't believe in any word coming from her mouth. In other words, he is doubting all said by Kamya. And really also Kamya knows very well she can do nothing on Uganda's corruption.
My suggestion to IGG, is she should hire investigative group like sserwanjja that can follow up any new projects or any cases of corruption This can scare off all those who are planning to engage in corruptions too
As an Accountant there is a lot to discuss around Professional Ethics and Job security these accounting officers have bosses too, how did kazinda steal the OPM money in 2010 under the watch of Amama Mbabazi, how did the ministers get the iron sheets meant for Karamoja, and all these you still focus on accounting officer just give us a break, in Uganda its more of a job security than professional ethics in most working environments call it public service or private sector, There is no way I can steal money without the knowledge of my Bosses and if my boss intends to steal money what can I do about it, I either help him steal it, or runway and leave the job its a dilemma, But the fact is I can't steal any money without my bosses knowledge.
How do you reason to such a statement, your president is giving you constructive criticism you make your task productive each one of us must understand authority and take correction with humbleness otherwise we can’t work under a boss because we assume we know so much ( not all the time though)
What pains me most is lack of plan to hold these pple accountable when M7 is no more, Many young Ugandans re losing their lives in the Middle East every day in the search of petty jobs, No doubt the resource we have is enough to create an environment for young pple in Uganda to proper.
