Build a Room from pile of wood framing nailing drywall cats need space to live cool basement house

Part 3 of the catio build out. The catio is done, the glass block door is complete, now the last stage is to build out an approximately 300 square foot room for the cats. I'm attempting to reclaim the living space in my home and relocate the animals. It will be healthier, better for allergies, and will keep the endless chipmunks, mice, and birds out of the living space.
Their litter boxes, food, and activities will be centralized in the basement and they will still have some access to living rooms upstairs.
I expanded my 14x8 catio cattery outdoor cage another 16 feet or so.
