As a researcher, I admire your work. I am a theoretician, but I can follow empirical studies and find that many of them are garbage. Your comments help me in that quest.

Thanks VP. So many of us community oncologists are so busy we don’t have the time, or the experience, to dig into papers like this. Your work makes a difference to how I counsel my patients and influence my cancer center.

There may be problems with how the trial was conducted, the cost of the drug and how it was reported, but it seems to clearly show patients who got the experimental treatment had a better survival.
Perfectly clear, except for that period between treatment and endpoint. That’s a complete mystery.
One thing I have learned that has really helped me...They who believe lies are regularly disappointed.
Disappointed sometimes to death.
DISCERNMENT is a gift of the HOLY SPIRIT.
More people ought to try it.
