I'm a noob and I finish in the top 7 almost every solo game I play.
I stay on the bus until it kicks me off.
I deploy glider immediately and wait for the storm circle to appear. By this time, 50-60 people have been eliminated.
I land on the outer edge of the circle and close to the edge of the island.
I harvest and find some guns, then kind of hide or hunt.
Towards the end of the game, I have my pick of weapons.

no, those two shots are all you get with the double barrel, i dont see how its a spray weapon at all, it requires you to get super up close to your opponent to be effective at all, and can be easily countered with good building and well placed ranged shots with a gun like a pump shotgun or a heavy shotgun. i dont see why tfue thinks this gun needs to be removed, his play style just fits the double barrel. the double pump strategy was waaayyyyy over powered. the people that think double pump needs to be brought back are those that hopped on in the tail end of season two, and claim to be OG's, and compensate for the fact that they arent by talking about double pump all the time. it was a necessary nerf, and in my opinion shotguns are currently more balanced than they've ever been
