Love the memories. Great footage of Vegas. I $pent mucho dollars on the $1 dollar crap tables at Barbary Coast and 50 cent craps at Little Caesars. (a strip mall dive between Bally's and Aladdin), 1987-1990. Mirage opened Nov 1989. This must be December seeing it was 58 degrees. Appreciate this big time, thank you.
This is around the time we started going out to Las Vegas. Used to love playing at the Barberry Coast. Silver City was a nice Circus-Circus Casino. Golden Nugget is a nice hotel/casino. Las Vegas Club was a nice place to play and eat. My wife liked the Shrimp Cocktail at the Golden Gate. California is a nice Hotel and Casino. A lot of Motor Hotels then. My wife likes the steakhouse at Circus-Circus. The Stardust was a great Hotel/Casino. Great restaurants. That was before the Mirage was built. Bally's is where the MGM used to be before the fire. Now, it is the Horseshoe. The Aladdin was nice. Too bad you didn't get a shot of the Landmark Hotel/Casino. It would be another few years before Boulder Highway started to get some casinos.
Use to go to Las Vegas. With my gril friend and some her gril friends. Many times. In 80s go concerts. Party. At 80s club we keep are 80s concets things. And some are 80s colthes

Visited Vegas around that time. It was just Great. It was a cheap fun filled time where you did not need a lot of money to have such fun. Now! Just a tourist trap.
Vegas has the diff' vibe back then. Now every new casinos basically look and feel the same. You don't see homeless , street performers and panhandlers on Las Vegas blvd & Fremont like today.

Vegas just isn’t the same anymore I moved to Vegas in 2001 from Cali! Still here after 23 years. In the early 2000’s it was still great!!
