We're finally taking on the Age of Calamity Wave 2 DLC: Guardian of Remembrance! This DLC has a brand new story involving the memories of Terrako (eggboi). The first mission is called 'To Zelda's Side': a small time travelling robot travels from a Hyrule ravaged by the Calamity to a Hyrule yet to be destroyed, unaware that Ganon's malice had made the same journey to corrupt the same robot as it slept in order to bring about the Calamity's revival.

I know u might not use it mr a game, but there's now an apocalyptic mode if U didn't know already, which makes game much harder
Apocalyptic Mode is incredibly hard, a Lynel could hit you once and you’d be down to about 3 hearts if you have maximum health on a character.

Answer to your Question, No it wouldn't have created a Paradox, due to the fact the Little (Good) egg didn't wake up Until Zelda used her Powers in the Dark era which Woke the egg up in the first Place, when the Dark Malice went backwards with the little Guardian, and Possessed the Good egg, Zelda didn't use her Tri-force Powers Back then as there was No Calamity Ganon to use it on. so Technically the Good egg in the Past would have stayed asleep Until that Dark era. the evil Malice just used it to get what it wanted in that Time Line.
