Mine is brand new and was installed by Lowes. None of this should be happening. Washers didn't always used to be this sensitive. You could just put in a load and go. Everything is made so cheaply now.

Cool, I don't know how to fix any of this

You shouldn't have to know how to fix any of this. You should be able to buy it and it should just work for the next 30 years. These companies want to squeeze us for everything they can.

Is there any alternative to replacing tub ring that's been ripped on one small area? Could I duct tape it,lol, I know that's horrible, cheap, but I honestly don't have the money right now. Cheapest ring I've found is almost 80 bucks. And I just bought and replaced all the springs and tabs in corners, but it's still shaking like crazy, bounced so hard that my drian tube almost pulled out

You have a leak in the transmission. You can disassemble and refill with gear oil. Then you will have to install the 10 or so screw in a cross-thread pattern. Also, get the red gasket sealer to form a gasket.

The Maytag maintenance man came over and diagnosed it; stating it is a ball bearing problem. But said I should just buy another $1000 washer because the labor and parts are going to be more than that.

@@shadyfranco8881 well I'm just a diyer. But I repaired a lot of these machines. If you have an old-fashioned direct drive, there is no bearing that is in oil. I'm not sure which units have a bearing in oil, that's something I'm not coming across. Hopefully things worked out. If you're in Phoenix Arizona and you have another problem let me know I'll come see what I can help you with.
