Hey babe being independent is not only a way for us to learn more about ourselves but also giving our partners that alone time centers us back up. Sometimes I get clustered being with my boyfriend 24/7 in our apartment but alone time is essential in order to grow within our own purposes. I’ve had BAD trust issues as well and therapy sessions of my own before I met my partner definitely helped rebuild myself. Exercising, meditation, and journaling all helps centering myself and introducing energy like this definitely isn’t healthy. I know you’ll overcome your fears and trust issues, I’m still in a work in progress myself but you can do this! Much love ✨♥️

I honestly feel like these “pranks” add insecurities to your relationship. I get at the end you know it’s a prank but still keeps you on edge and the thought fresh in your mind.
