Hello, fellow Genshin players,
Welcome back!
In my recent video, I covered the early buffs and nerfs for Arlecchino that were expected in beta version 3, which was released today. So, in this video, we will cover all the confirmed changes she received in 4.6 beta version 3.
But before that, I want to thank you guys for your recent support and for helping me reach the 2500 subscriber milestone. As I mentioned in my previous videos, I’m planning a Welkins giveaway when we hit 5k subscribers. I hope you guys will continue to support me like this.
Now, back to the video.
Let’s start with Arlecchino’s Elemental Burst. Her Elemental Burst healing was previously 100% of her Bond of Life plus 300% Attack. Now, it has changed to 150% Bond of Life plus 150% ATK.
As I mentioned in my previous video, her weapon nerf has been reverted from 18% Bond of Life to 25%, and this change has been confirmed in this version.
Arlecchino received a buff on her flying mechanism, or you can say hover mechanism. After a charged attack, the hover mechanism, which was previously for 3 seconds, has been buffed to 5 seconds in this version. I know that’s not a huge buff, but it’s still a buff.
Previously, her expression and smile on idle animations were removed, but now they have been reverted.
Now, let’s discuss Arlecchino’s Elemental Skill buffs and changes.
Arlecchino’s Blood-Debt Directive passive was previously: The maximum value of the Bond of Life she can be granted through Blood-Debt Directives within 35s after using her Elemental Skill is 80% of her Max HP.
We discussed this in my previous video, that it got buffed from 80% to 130% of her max HP. But in today’s update of beta version 3, it is 145% of her max HP, so you can say it received an additional buff in this beta.
Her other passive of her E: Each Directive absorbed grants her a Bond of Life worth 40% of her Max HP, also received a buff from 40% of her max HP to 65% of her max HP.
Now, let’s move on to her Talent buffs.
Arlecchino’s Talent 1,
Agony Alone May Be Repaid, has the following changes:
When defeating an opponent with a Directive, Arlecchino will be granted a Life Bond. It was previously 70% of her Max HP, but it got buffed to 130% of her max HP.
5s after a Directive is applied, it will be upgraded to a Blood-Debt Due. When absorbed, it will instead grant Arlecchino a Bond of Life worth 70%. Now, it is 130%.
We also have a change in her NA Talent, Masque of the Red Death: from 0.08sec to 0.03sec. Remember, this is Bond of Life Consumption, not the cooldown reduction. Her Talent Cooldown reduction is still 0.8 seconds.
We have mostly covered her buffs, now let’s move on to her nerf.
Arlecchino received a nerf on her charged attack skill attributes. Or you can say it also got reverted. Her Masque of the Red Death Scaling Ratio was reverted from 297.5% to 238.00%. If you want to see in detail, here’s the image of the before and after update.
Her High-Speed Movement Stamina Cost was reduced from 50 to 40.

Thank you for this update and it's a good thing that she got buffs. This might be the final beta, for her meaning I think these changes are permanent, we will see if they do get changed, we are currently 11 days away from the 4.6 livestream.

can she get infusion withkut using burst and or waiting seconds to get BOL stacks? my only issue is that im a player who dont rlly uses burst unless its a strong boss, but i also wanna get infusion without waiting in open world so is it possible to get infusion just for like a few secs without waiting for skill stacks or burst?
Her rotations go like this:
Arle elemental skill
Supports do their thing
Arle charged attack
Normal attack combo
Repeat.
Burst is only for an emergency heal
You get max bol from 5 seconds after activating her elemental skill or if you kill an enemy with the mark from her elemental skill
If you don’t wait the 5 seconds and do charged attack immediately, to absorb mark and get infusion, she will still get the infusion but not for as long as waiting

You have to hold it pretty long so i doubt that happens but you can cancel it instantly its mainly for overworld travel tho
Unless you gorilla glue your finger to the charge attack button I doubt you’d have a problem accidentally activating it

I totally dint understand most of the new stuff added but do you think the buff compensate for the nerfts?
One Nerf which will probably stay forever is the inability to heal in combat (other than doing it herself) which is very dangerous to play with, without a strong sheilder like zhongli etc
@@Rahul_2358 it aint nerf, more like a catch, like beidou (lots of dps loss & survivability if you suck at countering even with 4 EOSF), i like how she's not 12yos friendly cuz they'd get one shotted for button mashing LMAO, the only thing i dont like is dev team attitude in developing her kits, they're overcomplicating her for no good reason.

That is unless she has a good amount of er to burst on cooldown while maintaining crit/ atk stats...you know u are the one who sounds like a 12 yo to think everyone in the world has zhongli/ alternative really well built sheilder. Moreover, her passives scale on her atk not er like raiden so she needs atk, crit stats and er. I am just stating the facts It's up to you to decide if she is "12 year old friendly" or not.

building a bit ER for 60 energy burst is no problem, you're thinking like if a character is not as easy to play as neuvi it's the end? nah it doesnt work like that, people enjoys both challenge, and being fed.

I'm glad she got some nice buffs, fortunately she didn't get the dehya treatment from mihoyo. Btw will there be any more changes to her kit like will there be any beta version 4 or 5?

there was rumors that she will have dual blades in stance, like childe do thats the only thing i am dissapointed otherwise i am going all in for arrle
as the weekly boss she will have dual weapons, but not as the playable character😂
remember that her charge attack movement also cost less stamina, is not much but is better than before

nah you wont regret it, i have Kazuha, while he's indeed able to work in a lot of teams, i only use him for Raiden, and explorations, now that i have Xianyun, he's only for Raiden in Abyss, now that Abyss difficulty is 12 yo friendly, he's benched
Mind you kazuha is also a really good support for arlechhino herself
@@eurekadiaz3771If you can replace Kazuha with Xianyun then you werent using him properly. Xianyun is an upgrade over Jean (in most cases but not all), not Kazuha.

Neuv is very powerful but very boring. He'll help you speed run both junk and high level content.
Let's be real: non of the genshin charactes are particularly fun to play. For most dps it just comes down to mashing or holding one or two buttons. But some DPS charactes feel more satisfying to play then others, such as Neuvillette@@maxheadman59
@@deus8546that’s pretty subjective. a lot of genshin characters are fun to play. Me personally I just don’t prefer characters who put the game on easy mode while their gameplay is also very…. easy. For example like ganyu and neuvillette. Very strong characters indeed but I don’t want them considering their gameplay would get redundant lol. Ig maybe that’s why I’m going for father considering her kit seems hard but rewarding

You have enough to get 50/50, if you want to guarantee both her and her weapon that’s gonna cost you 64,000 primos if I’m not wrong
Well if you just pulling because u like charactr then good luck. If you expect her to be fun to play...then I got bad news for u.
It's doable, on her release you've got 20+ days with a new map and events along the way, just farm everything before her banner ends.
Not guaranteed of course so you do need luck but it's worth a gamble.
Depend your chance of 50/50. Remember that fate poins don't carry when the weapon banner ends

@@marig6202 she can’t be healed by anyone but her own burst. Her burst is the only source of healing she will ever get, as compared to Neuvi who heals himself through charged attacks. Try using that on Floor 12 of Abyss with random Dendro and electro beasts …
The consumption rate is to high imo 0.3 s will make it so that her damage will drop off HARD like really hard guess we’ll see what happens

Just calling out bot accounts for manipulating players by spreading lies and propaganda on social media.
The accounts are often easy to spot. They tend to be super aggressive and shame people who criticize mihoyo, they often also tend o praise the newest product as being a must pull. The accounts often are brand new with like 2 subscribers, generic anime or Indian picture profile.
Also complex playstyle isn't always good. Her playstyle is high risk with very little reward. Only players that are super bored and want to handicap themselves will feel "complex playstyle" is a positive.

The 1 part I'm bummed about is her CA scaling dropped a LOT.
That move is cool.
The rest is likely a kind of net buff or neutral.
If her damage buff (which got nerfed) is able to carry her, then she is in a neutral state overall, otherwise, its going to be so bad
@@Nanii_nani I think it'll balance out just fine. I just like the idea of being able to trade DPS for a single hit to vape, especially with her reaper theme and scythe and how she looks doing her CA.
her whole DPR of 25sec only includes 1CA so it dosent matter at all the NA are buffed and other stacks as well so its a buff

@@tempest0z cant say for sure but her damage bonus got 60% nerfed, thats ALOT, and the NA buff cannot make up to it since they are only around 1-3% buff, unless the 60% nerf still performs godly, its a nerf

When Arlechino rerun appears, we will be closer to release of pyro Archon and she might be very powerful pyro support.
Natlan probably has a bond of life mechanic like how Fontaine has the life draining self healing mechanic. Arlecchino will probably be more worthwhile if this is true. I’m not denying that neuvillette is strong but that doesn’t mean everyone should pull for him solely just for that fact lol- His play style gets boring after a while (at least for me) and I prefer more detailed character kits than just “hold normal atk and whoosh enemies”

@@jaimydamen6956from the old leaks, she hovers longer(based on stamina or like Mona, Ayaka) while holding the scythe. It does look more badass than the wings imo. She looked straight from Dead by daylight when hovering.

@@asukagameroff you know the bond of life gives her dmg bonus right increasing that to 165 is a massive buff in dmg its just that her ult also heals you for your bond of life this also means she can do her infusion atks more
