If your stuck for space, one thing that can help, get the large plastic storage totes and the matching trollies (usually loads on Facebook marketplace) then you can store stock and easily move them and access the shelving. Plus can go full height of the room. Was a game changer for me when space was limited on my reselling journey

43 quid for a couple of hours on the train ? And still these companies cant make profits (maybe they need to take tips from some resellers ? ). I live in Scotland and for a return from Edinburgh to Glasgow (45-ish mins each way) its less than 20 quid.
travelling in from Essex is a con!! i commute from witham 3 days a week and its £40+ parking a day. I use the commute to list 👌

No not really, some parts expensive, most are not. You should see the cost of living in Australia and on a trip to the Netherlands, I was shocked to see how expensive property is, I don't think most of the UK is too bad at all.

Would've been well worth the investment if you're planning on taking CZcams seriously to effectively grow the channel. Lots of myths and bad practices to avoid hurting the channel long term.
Plus it's a business expense 👍🏻
