As the passengers disembarked, I caught sight of Marie. It was a surprising moment, considering she was no longer with us due to cancer. However, what struck me even more was seeing her adorned with a genuine smile and a joyful laughter. Reflecting on our encounters, I realized she had been one of the angriest and meanest individuals I had ever come across. Strangely enough, this aspect of her personality had persisted for the past three decades, predating her battle with cancer. Marie's treatment of others had been nothing short of abhorrent, leaving a lasting negative impression on those who knew her.
Observing that fleeting moment of warmth and happiness, I couldn't help but feel that it was a rare glimpse into a side of Marie that had remained hidden for so long. Contrary to her usual demeanor, this snippet of happiness and laughter seemed so out of character. I speak these words sincerely, as I have borne witness to her true nature. Other members of the crew shared similar sentiments, openly expressing their lack of remorse at her passing. Ultimately, it saddened me to contemplate the legacy she left behind.
This encounter with Marie serves as a poignant reminder: regardless of one's personal struggles or unhappiness, kindness and compassion should prevail. Marie's demeanor may have been a result of her internal battles, but that does not excuse the pain she inflicted upon others. It is a testament to the power of our actions and the lasting impact they can have on how we are remembered.
The moral of this story resonates deeply: be kind, even in the face of personal misery. We may not always understand the struggles others are going through, and it is not for us to judge. Each interaction provides an opportunity to offer a moment of warmth or a compassionate gesture. We should strive to leave a positive impression, even amidst our own challenges, for it is this kindness that shapes our legacy and how we will be remembered by those whose lives we touch.
Marie's brief departure from her usual disposition revealed the potential for change and growth, even in the unlikeliest of circumstances. It serves as a reminder that no matter how deeply ingrained our negative tendencies may seem, we possess the capacity to transform ourselves and touch the lives of others in meaningful ways. Let us learn from Marie's shortcomings and strive to be the source of kindness and understanding, embracing the opportunity to positively impact those around us, regardless of our own personal struggles.

You are a coward of the worst kind. You will answer to someone and soon for disrespecting the spirit of our friend. Marie.

Wow there is Marie as the passengers are getting off. She is not with us anymore due to cancer. It's interesting though to see her laughing and smiling. I think she was probably one of the angriest, meanest people I've ever met in my life. It wasn't bc of her cancer. She had been like that for the past 30 years. She treated people horribly. That little snippet was sooooo not her. Believe me, I'm saying this bc it's true. Other crew members told me they were not sorry she had died. In the end, I think it's really sad to be remembered that way. Moral of story, be nice even if you are miserable.

How interesting that you found someone you knew in one of my videos. Amazing coincidence. There was a gal running the little bar who chewed me out for filming her on the morning trip over. I blurred her out, she went overboard in her privacy rights. It always throws me for a big loop when people who work in the public eye demand some kind of privacy.

Im so sorry that "Panda the saint" rushed to judgement and never got to know marie. A very large number of us did. We loved her very much, considered her quite special and will miss her always. PTS. Take a look at yourself. You violated the moral of your own story by posting such a story. We are all offended. Shame on you. Let the dead rest in peace. God bless you marie.
