Driving on the beach is a lot different from driving on the road. Being able to access the beach, can take you to some of the beautiful spots in Australia. All you need is a 4WD.
The May long weekend, my son and my grandsons took me beach camping at Teewah Beach for my birthday. We had a fantastic relaxing time... Even though the weather turned on us, which made driving on the sand even more of a challenge, Kevin and the Ford Ranger never missed a beat, even when towing the caravan.
Teewah beach is now in camping zones. We camped in Zone 4
