Defense by committee is a lost art, when you have the amount of talent to keep guys fresh you reduce injuries .

Ya know, the way Brad has built this thing is the way I would do it even in Madden. However I never put the thought into the "type" of guys they get. Meaning like personalities, their love of the game elevates the way they play. Players attitude. I never heard a GM and Coach talk so much about that not did I ever think about that side. That seems to be the game changer literally. Thank the masses we got Brad Holmes at GM. #OnePride

I think we still gotta see Amik more at slot and branch more at safety before we can say it’s better than Branch at CB and Iffy at safety.
But I also think Aaron Glenn will run the defense with more nuance that he can play the matchups and always have the best 11 on the field.

Wow, first 9 mins , two extremely dumb comments! One, Emmanuel Mosley never played against Puca and barely played against Kupp! Bc both were injured! Second, a good DL is extremely more important than a good secondary! Even and/or specially in a passing league! You need pressure on a quarterback to get him out of rhythm, out of his passing lanes and it’s more difficult to cover a receiver for seven seconds as opposed to 3 to five seconds. The longer the quarterback has in the pocket the easier it is to pick apart your secondary, no matter how great your secondary is. Quick reference: 7 v 7 drills
Better players in the secondary can also give the dline a tick longer to rush. They work in tandem.
Honestly, both are valid. Either way, getting burned off the line is.. well.. a non-starter. 😅
