Bad Romance was written mostly by Lady gaga, and Co-written by the producer Redone, Gaga also co-produced the song.
Redone is Swedish but he's not involved in this song at all, nor any songwriter in this song has written for Gaga, let alone have "done" any album. She's the creative force in the songwriting and all her stuff, so don't be out there misinforming lol

In the chorus I just thought that they sounds exactly the same. Even the OOOH thing is pretty similar. Wow.

I did some testing, and here's the results:
1. They are practically in the same tempo, just a few beats apart.
2. The chorus melody starts as the exact same, then a bit variation.
3. The chords are very similar, Gaga's chorus starts with F, G, Am, C then changes to F, G, E, Am and repeat.
This song goes with F, G, Am, G whole chorus.
4. But here is the best part: They are both in the same key
Somehow this doesn't feel like an accident, or then the writes miraculously managed to come up with the exact same song, just 12 or so years later.
I'm sorry to say that, but maybe it was actually an accident. It something that happens a lot in music. You start putting things together, and then, all in a moment, you have bad romance, creep, or something that has been created like a while before.

They are so similar that I don't even know which song I'm listening at any given point.
Completely agree and I was trying to guess what song it reminded me of when I heard El Diablo the first time. Then I remembered "Bad Romance". Nothing new!!! The beginning and the refrain are just like "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga.Then you had a little Tamta to her look and choreography and there you go!
Thank you for making this both cause it's cool but also because it proves that they're not the same song like some people keep complaining about, you can find a similar chorus for every single song out there and this isn't even similar...
They're really not the "same" song per se... But the tempo, the style, the notes on the chorus, the choreo, etc. etc., You can say and bet your life on it that it's not as 95% of the viewers and listeners say it is, not unless you are d**f and b***d....
