I’ve heard from the other cast members that she was bossy and rude a lot and would try to push to be more of a lead than Jamie and that’s what started the arguments between the two. And seeing this clip, I’d believe it based on her attitude.

I’m thinking that Alexa was only telling partial truth but was also a troublemaker herself. And if Jamie was being raped by the director, that’s even more reason for Alexa to have acted better than this. Think about someone you knew in high school who was in your friend group but then started acting like a dick for a while so you and your friends leave that person so you don’t have to deal with the drama... She was only 15 here. She was a kid reeling from her trauma and even if this was not classy in the least, she misdirected her anger because she still hadn’t completely processed it yet. It’s not an excuse, but it is an explanation. And she was really young, emotions run high and everything feels very real at that age and when you have to go through any sort of trauma or deal with mental illness through that time, it’s really difficult to keep your emotions in check.
