To of those wondering why you should get a tourniquet instead of a belt. It is because belt itself cannot cut off the arterial blood flow. It would only block vane's returing blood flow to make it worse. So either buy a tourniquet or improvise a tourniquet by watching this person's other video which is explaining how to.

And packing wound with cloth is very very helpful either with a ripped t shirt, or a packing gauze. Don't forget to apply pressure for 3mins after.

Ремень можно наложить вместо жгута, но нужно сложить его пополам и продеть через пряжку так чтобы получилось как бы двойное кольцо из ремня, надеваем полученное кольцо на конечность и затягиваем. Минус в том что жгут из ремня получается одноразовый и ремень придётся резать так как не получится его потом ослабить, а ещё очень болезненный, но если прижмёт то можно и потерпеть. Darf man als Ersthelfer einen CAT anlegen? 🤔 wenn es gerechtfertigt ist und man ein Leben rettet wird sicher keiner was sagen. Aber wie sieht das ein Staatsanwalt wenn es z.B. einen Folgeschaden gibt. Mir wurde im Kurs erzählt ich darf den als Ersthelfer nicht anlegen selbst wenn ich weiß wie er angelegt wird. Würde mich interessieren.
Das darfst du anlegen, solange alle anderen Maßnahmen nicht funktionieren . Also nur wenn nix anderes mehr hilft da durch das anlegen Gewebe absterben kann 👍🏻
Штука реально полезная. Но я не уверен что у каждого человека она с собой. Поэтому в случае чрезвычайной ситуации сойдёт даже ремень. Главное правильно наложить и не передержать. Все зависит от времени года. Ведь летом и зимой время, живучести сосудов без крови разное. Потому нужно обязательно приложить бумажку или что то подобное с числом и точным временем наложения жгута
