I am looking forward to future videos of life in central Europe, including cookery. Teaching us how to make sauerkraut could be useful just in case Brexit drives us to appreciate cabbages. I thought some of those allotment cabbages looked perfect sauerkraut candidates. Hope your new job goes well.
