    Today, I made 3 flavors of tiramisu with one base cream!
    It is very good for gifts. 👍
    Made by adding milk to the yolk, it is a great cream with a deep and rich taste that is not muddy!
    Actually... it's a great visual for a gift, but it tastes like a waste to give as a gift. 😁
    It was really delicious.. 👍 Personally, I recommend eating it after aging for a day!
    As the lady fingers become a little more moist, the balance with the tiramisu cream is just right.
    Matcha tiramisu was made by soaking lady fingers in coffee syrup rather than matcha syrup, and this coffee syrup made the matcha taste not too strong and blended well, making it even more delicious!
    Strawberry tiramisu used the same cream as basic tiramisu, but it was made with plenty of fresh strawberry syrup and strawberry pulp, so it tasted completely different from basic tiramisu! Refreshing strawberries and thick tiramisu cream go wonderfully well together. 👍
    The basic tiramisu is classic, but I enjoyed this the most. 😊 I think the basics are the most delicious. ☺

    어제 만들어봤는데 맛있었어요! 크림만드는데 손이 많이 갔지만 (생크림 따로 휘핑하고 묽어져서 냉장했다 다시 휘핑하고,,) 나머지는 꽤 쉬운 편이예요! 냉장해뒀다 먹으면 훨씬 맛있고 크림이 영상처럼 단단해질때까지 휘핑해주세요ㅠㅠ제껀 좀 묽더라구욤 그래도 맛은 진짜 맛있어요!!
