How much weight can this hold? Is it enough for a 90lbs Roof top tent?

Me either. I think the bolts should be good enough.
Then pay somebody 500$ to do it
This is not the track I have. Is another model available? The one I have is bigger and seems like it probably won't fit in my roof space for the track. I'll call tomorrow.

Can this same track system be modified (cut track down in length) to be fitted to my 2014 Holden Colorado Space Cab and use just the one cross bar? I was thinking if the space cab has the same m8 threaded inserts it should be possible, but I am unsure whether it does.
