Keep in mind that honey can save you in many ways. Please don't not utilize it at least as wound treatment. Rinse a deep cut, slap raw honey INTO the wound. Wrap it, use a zipper if needed and in 2-3 days the flesh will have fused and most internal damage as well. (I say this from experience. Stitches sucked and headed super slowly so I was sick of them and tried this. No joke I will never go for stitches unless it has to be re attached or is to gouged to keep in place to heal. Even then I will demand it's use in the treatment I place of chemical substitutes. Look it up. If you don't process the proteins to death, they are considered RAW unassigned Protein. With that, your body make any cell on the spot. Your body will abandon the scabbing (scaffold) process and go right to repairs. All because it doesn't have to transport/produce new cells because they are already plentiful right there. And while fixing the wound it's also killing bad bacteria that would cause infection.

There is no such thing as a beekeeper that fails. There are only beekeepers that have not tried enough times. I raised bees successfully for years in the very city centre of Cambridge, UK. I moved to the country and my bees died that winter, and I got new bees they died as well, even though they were moved to a better location. I think it was because of the pesticides sprayed on the fields. I have moved to a new location that is surrounded by organic farms and I will try again. And again, and again.

I'm so trying this!
@@soniabrannan412 Royal Jelly is supreme lol. But you'll find that cheeper in your hive.
I just subscribed my hubby! I can see you now at 200k congratulations!
New to your channel and appreciate your content.
Spraying Pinesol on the doors and walls outside keep the flies away too. We have chickens right outside the back door and the flies used to be horrendous until I started the Pinesol spray.
Also...If am growing Stevia for natural sugar. I failed on the sugar beets.
Wow I had no idea. Thanks for info.
Thank you! We will be getting some. I wonder how it would work with other insects. 🤔
We have plenty of vanilla for our diffuser. 🙂
we have a cat who is having his 1 year birthday tomorrow, his name is izzy, he is a pro bug getter
I look out my front door at my ducks and goats, who are less than 20’ away. I think flies are demons released from the pit of hell, although my ducklings love when I kill them and bring them fresh fly meat treats. I love vanilla and will definitely try the vanilla air fresheners. I tried fly traps recently that worked very well but whatever the substance was that was inside to attract the flies did not smell anything like vanilla. I love your homesteading videos, as much as I love your New2Torah ones.
take a mint tea bag and peppermint oil an soak the tea bag in it an hang it over the door. and windows and cat litter box. and areas were smell of decaying materials shows up. such as trash cans. Flys hate the smell of mint same for garlic
Thank you I'll try this
I love the suggestion of bleach in the drains. However, I tried the vanilla car fresheners...that very brand you're holding...in my duck house (5'x8' enclosed) with fairly clean pine shavings on the floor & NO success. I hung 3 of them right outside my front door on the porch because every time my dog goes in or out his dog door, flies come in. Well, nobody sent the message to my west coast flies cuz they weren't the least bit put off by vanilla!
Awesome! I will try this because around my homestead they're awful! I'm sure my animals will appreciate it too.
Thank you for this information..
I would like to know what other ingredients are in it. Would rather try essential oils.
I'm so glad my goats and chickens are close by. Praising Yah for giving me foresight *m gonna have to try the Vanilla Trees! What about in the chicken coop and goat barn? Great tips! Shalom Brother 🥰
May try a long hive this time like on Off-Grid with Doug and Stacey.
One thing I have noticed is that when I smoke Tobacco that is Scented Cherry, Vanilla or Blueberry that flies stay away from me. And out of the room I'm smoking in.
I need something for outside. I wonder how this will work inside the barn.
I'm so excited to try this!!!! We have to make a run into town tomorrow & my first stop will be to buy vanilla air freshners!!!!! Hopefully my goats won't eat them ☺️ I'll be sure to hang them high
Sounds like I'm about to hang vanilla air fresheners around our doors, and all around the chicken coop and rabbit shed!
That's awesome! I will try it, ty
Boiling water will kill anything in your drain, without toxicity.
as the hair spray an lemon juice mix drys it will make there wings stick together preventing them from flying an will dissolve there wings an kill there eggs. they lay on trash cans. an chicken coops.
They poop on absolutely everywhere! I tried the venella seint and it really hasn't helped that I noticed? I know we have All kinds of different sized fly's! But wonder if it takes a sirent kind? But you mentioned the deal about people killing animals and I can't believe it but it has happened to us twice! The first time was on St Patrick's day and My big dog Tezzie was out in our pasture playing with the horse's and somebody shoot and killed her! So decusting and broke my heart and then about nine months later someone shoot and killed one of our ponys and two of our piglets!!! WTH is wrong with them??
Thanks. Ill try it.
I’ve heard Irish spring soap also helps deter flies
Thanks
Definitely going to try this trick! Thanks for sharing!
I'll have to see if vanilla is toxic to dobermans...hope not..
Thanks for the info.
What about vanilla candles?? 😊
