The clips are designed for construction helmets and wont fit bike helmets. You can purchase a helmet mount, but with this light you'd either have to mount the battery pack to your belt or off the helmet. Here is the mount: www.fenixlighting.com/products/fenix-alg-03-headlamp-helmet-mount
