I think a thumbnail plays the most important role in getting a video viewed. If you want to grow your CZcams channel more then it is very important to create CZcams thumbnails for every video. Because a thumbnail of that video showed him. If you can highlight the interesting part of the video in your CZcams thumbnail then your video will get thousands of millions of views because of that thumbnail.
