What do you expect? The current tech limit for air tree is around 1990's. Luftwaffe doesn't have much aircraft in the 90's. Typhoon werent introduce until mid 2000's.
So the War Thunder 3D model of HMS Queen Mary arguably helps make understanding her demise at Jutland as with the positions of the magazines able to be looked at, it becomes very quickly apparent that once Queen Mary was hit in the forward part around the 4" castmates, she was doomed

☹ dang, that was actually my least favorite part of the update. I understand how it is annoying to have degraded crew capabilities, but I thought it was cool to think about what's going on inside the tank and fighting against the crippling effects. I guess it's just a matter of perspective, regardless I am happy that this will be enjoyed by the majority of players given the poll Gaijin ran. At least it looks quite slow, so I would say I'm satisfied.

Thank goodness for smaller air rb battles, the big fights are fun but with so many players it doesn't matter how good your situational awareness is you will get caught off-guard by someone

Too bad its optional and will never happen like night battles. We need to somehow make the stupid F-4S and F-20 mains which makes up 70% of top tier ARB teams turn the option on for this stupid checkbox to actually work.

@@Pvt_Wade And the A-1H attacking Soviet-made T-34/85 is realistic in that sense, as the Russian T-34 tank was used by North Vietnam. Same with the Chinese Type 63, it was the SPAA shooting at A-1 Skyraiders in Vietnam.

adding a voice to the pilots like the tank crew has, I think it would make aerial departures less tedious... imagine the pilot shouting " FOX 3... FOX 3... ENEMY KILLED... FOX 2 ON THE WAY. " that kind of thing brings an extra feeling to the game.

You know that you dont HAVE to research new vehicles? Just get the tank you want and play to infinity. Unless you always want latest from tech tree
They are not stupid to cut their profit. Thats the main reason every update is 95% top tier since npcs swipe credit cards on the day 1 to GE plane and mods

@@ironman8257 when i got the game i wanted the mig 21, do you know how many hours of grinding that takes? even with premium?
i expect many people come to this game wanting to play an f15 and not wanting to play hundreds of hours of props to get there, or dozens of hours of a premium jet they didnt want to play that cost as much as a full game.
it would actively be good for their playerbase retention if people could skip to post ww2, or even all the way to cold war.
also most people dont want to play just one vehicle, and even if they did theres a conflict that happens when the game then releases a straight upgrade to your favorite vehicle. i like the t80 but playing the first t80 isnt great when constantly getting uptiered to the newest ones br.
point is, making the game more enjoyable is not a bad idea, as that means more people would actually play it. i exclusively play cold war, not one of my friends ive suggested the game to has made it past rank 3 before being sick of trying to progress to their favorite vehicle, thats a problem for the game if thats the common experience.
The flare/chaff system has never been so confusing and so broken.
I can only take flares and I fire 24 every time I press the button

@@llaammeerr2506 i mean hey the others had a pretty easy solution. People quickly had to find out to stay low / notch. But to dodge FOX-3? Thats gonna be a very interesting thing to try and dodge. Its possible just really hard

Maybe cause Japan has a great record of having the most broken vehicles at release just behind URSS. Like i still remember when the Chi-Rii came out that thing had me praying for Gaijin to remove it. HO-RI, artillery vehicles, Type 10, The Toyota speed boy, the Type 16, STB-2. Japan will always shine when they have a new ground vehicle, but they never get a new one when the Big 3 are getting new toys, marketing stuff for Gaijin i guess.
@@Haaton-of-the-Basement bro this is not 2019 anymore, all that stuff apart from the type 10 got powercreeped really badly, Japan desperately need new lights tanks, Spaa, tier V + planes, more mbt's and more everything, it is literally the regular tree with the least tanks in the game and with the saddest quantity of top tier air and ground, having fun toys is great, but having a consistent lineups to put them in in even greater, and yeah I know Japan 11.0, 9.3, 7.3, 6.7 and 3.7 are crazy good but that's about it in term of consistency
@@SnowTrooper98 For World War era Japan not much can be done, just need that O-I Heavy added since ya know Chi-To, Chi-Rii and HO-Ri weren't even built in the first place atleast add one more. For Vietnam era Japan there's still more to be added even paper tanks and Top tier Japan definitely needs way more vehicles than what they have already. Sweden outnumbered Japan in less time, Gaijin should know that the more vehicle you add to a nation, more players will be willing to play it lets use for example SWEDEN.

I really want a fast and small wheeler with an autocannon (AKA a rat tank) but these ones were given to sweden and italy , and i am a USSR main and , again , the wait continues for a rat to be added to USSR because they are fun to play with as of what i've seen in videoes

did you mistake the right side of the turret (the ammo box for the autocannon) to be another missile storage or is is somewhere else

Bottom left of update image gives me a CHALLENGE, but it also takes me to SPACE
Your broke the mig 23ml with the new selectable flare amount with the countermeasure pod equipped you get three countermeasures before you run out and it reduced the total amount it had before with split half and half chaff and flares to 2 sets of 12 chaff and 12 flares 😊

when new game mode ? other than "pvp arena", it could be cool to have game mode with objectives, game mode with more strategy and more team play.
like a "ground attack facilities" (basicly an attack/defense gamemode) where team A have the take down 3 objectives and secondary objectives.
Secondary obj could be AA gun, making CAS useless in early game (no cap in puma then J out in 1m30). The spawn coulde be a base protected with AT gun, if the QG is captured / destroyed = end of game for the defense / no more spawn.
To make the capture easier, CAS could take down AT gun.
Secondary objectives could also affect "artillery strike", "crew replenishement" etc...
Could be cool. But this is just my (quick) idea.
Can we get a guns and dumb munitions only dogfighting mode for Air RB? Would be loads of fun to play with pilot skill and aim again instead of praying your flares work.

I'll pick up for the update once flares/chaff are fixed, tried loading into F-16 and no countermeasures doesn't bode well.
Every update is "soo big" that after a year i feel like nothing has happened. Add an actual objective based game mode or literally any new mode and this game would actually be nice

Maybe now that Argentina acquired the F 16 Block 15, it would be good to add it to the German branch, since Germany has Argentine tanks in RB, maybe they should put the F16 on the German planes

For most players, major additions are mostly unnoticeable. I've been playing consistently free for 4 years and am only up to 8.0 italy ground. Absurd that they add all the new fancy things that are half broken all the time instead of putting equal or more effort into lower (fun) tiers where most of the playerbase is

Hey gaijin Im having a problem when I play my a-10 late in ground RB i only have 4 flares no matter what chaff or flare setting I have, I hope it will be a quick fix, good update!
