That sound you hears to me sounded like the noise of pipes. As in your heating pipes. The boiler and radiators make lots of weirded noises in my house including that sort of noise. Brand new & really old houses can also make many weirded and spooky noises as they settle or due to old floorboards. So I expect it’s just something like that.
