This is still one of my favorite audios because it's such a change of pace from others with the same kind of premise. Instead of aliens being all "humans are dumb and arrogant and you also destroyed the Earth and such. Pathetic." you painted them as like the cool inlaws that let you crash at their place after your parents kicked you out. Very wholesome and reassuring on an existential level. 10/10

Part of me hopes that there is a part two, where we get to "see" their world & meet other survivors.
Though with their species being "motherly" figures, set up "play dates" to find friends & possible love interests.
Although I know some of us might be more into these aliens, I could see them gently turning us down due to "noncompatibility" & wanting the human race to continue and thrive.

Also, I'd be willing to bet that mankind's apparent rapid technological progress compared to other species that the character's species noted had not gone unnoticed by the alien aggressors as well. Their motivation could have been to preemptively attack the humans before they became too powerful. Just my thoughts.
