Bleed is the new UngaBunga

Bleed's like the Poise Team, but can hit way harder.
With just bloody mist, it's worse than poise, but you can just get nebulizer, and suddenly everyone is a poise id. We now have both 2x and 2.5x times multipliers, however they stack.
Unfortunately, the funny all "fatal" resistance rock is supremely hard to get again, otherwise you could get another 2x multiplier there.
Also, I tried adding the Sinking IV gift for another +50% Damage, and it seems nice. It's a lot easier to manage than the downpour + bell of truth (Tremor IV and III) combo.
