- 💫 STAY WITH ME by Miki Matsubara is one of the legendary songs known by many and which, I believe, plenty may hold dear to their heart. It's such an honour to be able to cover this song. For me personally, whenever I listen or sing to it, I feel like I'm traveling to a very old period of time, an experience that I can only imagine its beauty in all its complexity. To be honest, when I started working on the cover, I felt nervous as to whether I can deliver the song while making sure to maintain its emotion and energy. I had to be meticulous in preparing the necessary materials such as instrumentals and listing out the overlays and adlibs to be used. Only then will can the cover be presented as best as possible. On top of that, this song is arranged by Harada-san of evening cinema who beautifully evoked the feelings from the cover. The M/V put together by Dian Saku also gracefully portrayed the song visually. With this collective effort, we managed to put together this piece of cover and we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do ^^

I didn't know about this song until I saw it on a lot of social media stuff. Thanks for reviving this. Miki Matsubara was depressed a year ago before she died and she burned a lot of her favourite songs and regretted her whole career. I feel sad for her but I think whereever she is, she's happy people found her song again 40 years later.
