Yes mam you can register for 4 person. But for yatra till 17th May, new registration is blocked due to weather conditions. आपने बताया के मोड ऑफ ट्रैवल में आपने बाय रोड़ सेलेक्ट किया और कहा कि एक बार सिलेक्ट करने के बाद चेंज नहीं किया जा सकता अगर हम चारों धाम की यात्रा करना चाहते हैं बाय रोड टैक्सी द्वारा लेकिन हम केदार नाथ हेलिकॉप्टर से जाना चाहते हैं तो कौन सा मोड ऑफ ट्रैवल सेलेक्ट करना होगा

Vamshi registrations are closed till 15th June only for kedarnath by Uttarakhand Government. Please plan for travel dates beyond that if you can. However, if your tickets are already booked, please go to Kedarnath, you will have to walk or take horse to reach kedarnath. They will allow. They don't return Bhakts who have reached there with much difficulty
