The reason why the set of main lifts in the new extension are Otis lifts is because Westfield's lift maintenance and installation company is now Otis or at least it was when these were installed, Westfield White City was built earlier than Stratford, and Stratford has otis lifts which suggests they now have a contract with otis
Fun fact : Adidas old shop in this mall had a lift like in House of Fraser (SEC lift) but that one has been installed by AXIS. we believe that it's is now in suitsupply.
